Last Week:

Tuesday, May 1: Club Social at Lavo inside the Palazzo Casino was good but a little different. The Casino sold the entire restaurant out to a convention and therefore the Social became a traveling event which moved upstairs to Grimaldi's Pizzeria. Pizza, wine, some more alcohol and great conversation were the hits of the evening. Thanks to everyone who attended

Friday, May 4: At this week's club meeting we learned from president-elect Nate Jones about the many reasons why people consider joining Rotary. Learn more: https://www.rotary.org/en/why-did-you-join-rotary .

Future:

Next Club Meeting May 11, Friday, at Noon, 12p. Lunch serving starts at 11:30a

Membership Plaques:
Attention members of LV WON Rotary Club who has NOT received a Membership Plaque: All our Rotary plaques were made by fellow Rotarian from Diamond Bar, CA, Bill Longacre. Bill died a few weeks ago and this has slowed us down in getting another source to create the matching frames. Please contact Richard Reed if you have not received your Membership Plaque.
